Colour & Size

Please use the colour chart to choose the colour. After placing the order you will be taken to a page from where you can add your instructions. As all of our items are handmade they may not be completely identical in size and might vary slightly in colour or size from the picture shown.
Prices
Due to cost fluctuations, prices may vary at any time. All prices and postage and packaging charges are subject to change without notice. All orders are accepted by Layla's Sugar Flowers upon the provision that prices will be those in effect at the time of the acceptance of the order.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and GST exclusive. .
We charge a flat postage & packing fee of AUD 8.90 for all domestic orders.
Invitation to sign up for our 'MyStoreRewards'
After receiving your order, MyStoreRewards.com sends you an invitation to sign up for our rewards programme, on our behalf. It is all up to you to accept or reject the invitation.
Handling Time
The items are posted within 2-4 business days after the payment is received.
If you place the order before 5 pm on Monday, it will be posted out on Thursday
If you place the order before 5 pm on Tuesday, it will be posted out on Friday
If you place the order before 5 pm on Thursday, it will be posted out on Monday
If you place the order before 5 pm on Friday, it will be posted out on Tuesday
Carriage Time
We send the items by Australia Post. It might take 2-6 working days to reach you, depending on your location. It might be longer during long weekends and during holiday season. Please let us know if you want them sent by express post. Please click here to see the Australia Post delivery times from Sunshine Coast ( Post code 4561 ). Unless asked otherwise specifically, we send all our products only by Australia normal post. Please allow enough time to receive them as we can't guarantee any delivery dates.
Payment Terms
The following payment options are available when using, PayPal powered shopping cart : Direct Deposit, Credit Card (VISA & Master card) and Debit Card. Payment is required at the time of ordering .

* You can speed through checkout without stopping to enter your card number or address.
Please contact us if you do not want to use our shopping cart and would like to pay by direct deposit, cheque or MO. The items are shipped once the payment is cleared. Goods remain the property of Layla's Sugar Flowers until paid for in full. Wholesale customers should make payments by the date mentioned on the invoices.
Returns
No claims for damages will be recognized unless made 7 days within receipt of goods. Either the damaged goods should be returned or a photo evidence should be provided. Either we send you the replacements or make a refund for the damaged goods. We usually send the items to the address provided during check out. We can post them to different address if you want us to do so. We do not accept returns if instructions regarding colour or size weren't provided at the time of shopping. We do not take responsibility if wrong postal address was provided during check out.
